Step 1: It starts with waste

Working with our recycling partner Biffa, industrial plastic waste is collected from factories around the UK. Material that might otherwise be burned or buried. Instead, it becomes the starting point for something new.

Step 2: Sorted, cleaned and given a new purpose

The plastic is sorted by type and grade, thoroughly cleaned, then processed into consistent recycled pellets, ready for a new life.

Step 3: Made in Wiltshire

Those pellets travel to our Wiltshire factory, where they're melted and moulded into ReBorn homewares. Making locally is a key part of our approach.

Research with Brunel University found that our UK circular manufacturing model can deliver 79% lower carbon emissions compared with a conventional model using virgin plastic and Far East manufacturing.

Step 4: Waste becomes something worth keeping

This is where recycled plastic becomes something useful, from our Washing Up Bowl and Sink Tidy to Cutlery Drainers and Draining Racks. Everyday products designed to look good, work hard and make better use of materials that already exist.

Step 5: The longest part of the loop - your home

Circularity isn't just about what a product is made from. It's about making something worth keeping. ReBorn products are designed to work hard in your home for years. Because the longer something lasts, the less often it needs replacing.

Step 6: And then? ReBorn again.

When a ReBorn product eventually reaches the end of its useful life, the story doesn't have to end. Designed with circularity in mind, its material can be recycled and given another life, bringing it back to the beginning of the loop.
